Crossed the Border

Good news!
Our short has officially made it into another country. Canada. We are so proud, ay.
It will showcase at the Giggleshorts, International Comedy Short Film Festival in Toronto along with the live action short, Brevin', that I co-wrote with the awesome Ward Porrill and directed by the incredible Forrest Allison. What fun.
We wish we could be there but the festival falls on Thanksgiving weekend and we will be doing our midwest tour at that time. We will be traveling to such great states as Missouri, Illinois and Kentucky to see friends and family.

It's been awhile

Well, now it's the waiting game. Although, I forgot to post about the SoCal Independent Film Fest. That was a fun time and we have pics to post too. Two of our greatest fans and closest friends, Jana Barber and Ward Porrill came out to support. We were very grateful.
Not sure what's next but we will keep ya posted.

Fingers Crossed

We are mentioned on Animazpot's website's gallery of shorts. It is an awesome short film festival that only features animation! They screen the films in November at the beautiful Egyptian Theatre in Hollywood. Don't know if ours will be screened yet but we are in the running. Here is a link to that website http://www.animazspot.com/animazspot/Gallery.html

Screening Date for SoCal Film Fest

Our screening date is set for September 18th at 5:50 p.m. We are in a block of animated shorts which is really great. We wanted to see more of the ones that were screened at LA Shorts Fest but since they were on a few different days and times, we couldn't see them all.
There are only 15 animated shorts being shown so we are honored to be in the mix.

Good Press

Here's a nice mention from The Animation Show, a website that supports the film festival curated by Mike Judge.

THE SCREENING

What a wonderful night we had. It was boiling hot but the Bradshaw's never looked cooler.

People were kind enough to wear the t-shirts that were made and whooped and hollered when our names appeared on the big screen. It was a big success all around. There was a short q and a afterward and then everyone went out of the theatre where there was a red carpet and press everywhere.

Our screening preceded the opening night where Courtney Cox Arquette and Scarlett Johannson were debuting their films.

A fabulous start to Birthday Bedhead's first production and we can't wait to go to more festivals.

Tees and Tanks

Folks,
I never thought I'd be doing this but Paul Evans is a marketing genius. We are making t-shirts with Shelley Pinkel's mug on them. A couple of tank tops as well.
I think they look pretty good and I'll post some preview pics with some hot sexy models otherwise known as our friends soon.
Seeya at the screening.
Short, Sweet and so Shelley.

Veggie Shelley

The salad bar at Ralph's is gawdamn nightmare.
Don't they give a shit? Navy bean soup everywhere. I don't care about chickpeas and they are all over the place.
Could you just try and refill the tomatoes once please? People seem to like em.
Jeezus H.

Shelley's minute

So, I washed my driver's license in the washing machine. Does that mean I have a clean record?
I love these pants.
Sometimes, I think my butt looks like Jane Krakowski's in them.
I am a great big douche.

Shelley's visit

Today I saw my gramma in the nursing home. They had a party for no reason.
She told me that our town is becoming a big meth lab.
Man I fuckin love sheet cake.
